Six weeks. One set at a time.

Stop planning.
Just do the next set.

Pick a split. Setwise works out the sets, reps and rest from your goal and your week, then puts one set in front of you and remembers what you lifted.

No account to start. Train free for your first week. Works offline in the gym.

How it works

Three moves, then it runs itself

Answer eight questions once. After that the app only ever asks you to do the set in front of you.

Pick a split

Upper / Lower, Full Body or Push / Pull / Legs — only the ones that fit your days show at full strength, each with an honest verdict on whether your time covers the work.

Do the set

One exercise open at a time, last weight already filled in. Slide to log it. A rest timer that turns from teal to coral, and tells you plainly if you are running behind.

Six weeks, then switch

The plan locks for six weeks so you actually progress. When it is done, your second options step up and fresh movements come in behind them. Four blocks, then a new split.

Pricing

Picking a split and previewing your programme never costs anything. Training — logging sets, the rest timer, your progress — is free for seven days from the first time you open the app, then it is Plus.

Questions

Straight answers

Does it work offline in the gym?
Yes. After the first load everything runs on your phone. Sets you log with no signal are kept and synced when you are back online — nothing is ever lost to a bad connection.
Do I have to train on fixed days?
No. You commit to a number of sessions a week, not to Wednesdays. Miss a day and nothing breaks — the app tells you which muscle has waited longest.
Will it ask me for a one-rep max?
Never. On a new exercise it says: pick a weight you could stop about two reps short of failure on. From then on it fills in what you lifted last time and nudges the weight up when every set hits the top of the range.
What is a "paired set"?
Two exercises that work opposite muscles, done back to back, then one rest. Same work in about a third less time — it is what makes a real session fit in 45 minutes.
Where is my data?
On your device. There is no server holding your training history. You can export everything as a file at any time from Progress.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you keep Plus to the end of what you paid for. Your history stays on your phone either way.
